If you start to include opinions of parents and students, it becomes more subjective. I also think that comparing a magnet school to a typical public school is not a fair comparison. Magnet schools in general only allow the best students, giving them an unfair advantage. All of the Franklin elementary schools are ranked in the top 20% in the state with most in the top 10%. With all of that explanation behind me, I'll go ahead and give you the rankings based on TCAP scores. Clovercroft is the top Franklin elementary school an the top traditional public school in the state. The numbers are average TCAP scores The bottom schools on the list are all in the Franklin special school district, all of the others are part of the nationally recognized Williamson county school system.
