Brentwood Homes Sales for March 2011
Brentwood Homes Sales for March 2011 was flat compared to last year with 47 closings for the month compared to 51 closings last year. The average sales price of Brentwood homes was up 6 percent from $569,292 to $601,116, and the average days on market was 113. WIth 75 Brentwood homes currently pending, it seems like the market will be very active for the spring selling season. Currently 416 Brentwood homes are listed in the Nashville MLS at an average price of $778,559 with the most expensive listing in Brentwood currently being $6,950,000. As a small disclaimer, I define Brentwood as being in the Brentwood city limits, all of which is in Williamson county, and zoned for either Brentwood high school, or Ravenwood high school. Do not be deceived into thinking that homes in Davidson county are Brentwood homes. They might be in the Brentwood area, and even have 37027 zip code, but they do not have the lower taxes of Williamson county, or the excellent schools and low crime rate that most people associate with Brentwood.
