I believe that prices will continue to rise as buyers are searching for alternative to the high prices in Franklin, and causing a shortage of inventory in Spring Hill. The absorption rate of Spring Hill homes based on May sales is down to 4 months.

  • the average sales price for homes sold was $284,906 an increase of 10% over May of last year
