Brentwood homes sales seem to be picking up with 57 closings in December, comparing very favorably to the 47 Brentwood homes that closed in December of 2009 a 21 percent increase. Brentwood home prices have not been as fortunate with price of closed homes in 2010 at $635,927, compared to average prices of $725,925 in 2009. Brentwood homes are usually in high demand due to the fantastic public schools, low property taxes, and easy commute to downtown Nashville

Horse property
